can i switch between different spectacles without harming my eyes?
I bought 2 spectacles of the same power from 2 opticians and I have worn both of them, but my eyes ache a little after switching spectacles, will it be safe for my eyes if i switch between them regularly? Also I have an older spectacle with a lower power, will wearing it with the new ones harm my vision?
Switching doesn’t damage your eyes , however it takes you time to get used to a new persription as your brain has to adapt. If you keep switching you are going to have issues with that. Your eyes probably aren’t aching , its just that this is the way your brain perceives the strain of swopping perscriptions. 2 glasses may be the same power, but if the frames/lenses are different they can still feel slightly different.
